Leroy Merlin’s French ecommerce platform serves an average of 12.6 million monthly unique visitors. My work focused on two connected goals: improving the shopping experience and making it easier for teams to deliver changes.
I tech-led a seven-engineer full-stack team and shaped frontend platform architecture across teams. The microfrontend platform combined server-side rendering, shared contracts and dependencies, self-serve onboarding and performance budgets.
I also led frontend architecture and delivery for a search redesign: a new suggestion component system, AI-powered relevance integrated through a backend-for-frontend layer, and A/B test instrumentation. Together, these changes increased session conversion by 20%.
